1 Bedroom Apartments - Starting at $875- $999

2 Bedroom Apartments - Starting at $999 - $1200

3 Bedroom Apartments - Starting at $1300- $1399

We accept both cats & dogs although some breed & weight restrictions apply.

There is a 1- time non-refundable $250 per pet + a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.

- Tenants pay a low flat monthly rate of $55-$75 for water based off apartment size

- Tenants pay a monthly $10 pest control & trash fee per apartment 

- Electric is individually metered

- Sewer paid for by management

- Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

- Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

- We offer 12 month lease terms

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
